And their deer too. This 8 point better stay in the park.

Hog Camp Gap. Nice spot for camping, or lunch, or really anything. Just a nice place to be.

I forgot to mention one thing in the main post. The first thing I did when I got to Daleville today was go to Bojangles and order a chicken biscuit, sweet tea, and sweet potato pie. Man it is good to be back in the South.

  1. Seth! We have missed your updates. You have covered so much ground since your last post. I am so glad you got to hike a day with Kool Breeze. I know that did wonders for both of your spirits. I can’t wait for you to get back and give us all the details that you keep saying you are leaving out. Hugs and kisses and for heaven’s sake stay away from those bears!

  2. A-Town – Thanks for a great 18 days of hiking. I learned a lot from you and Vanilla Thunder, mostly about how wonderful Georgia folk can be! When you get home, send a msg and I’ll give you the link to some pics I have of you two in VA.
Pick ’em up and put ’em down. Hike On!

    • Back at you. We both enjoyed hiking with you, checking out your homemade gear and hearing stories from your other long hikes. Hope you make it back out here some time… so far, seems like it gets better the farther you get from Harper’s Ferry.
